At Styleify, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we're here to help with our refund policy.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure:

  • The item was purchased within the last 30 days.
  • The item is unused, in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

2. Refunds

Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted:

  • Items with obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at elite.vogue10@gmail.com with details of the issue. We will assist you in resolving the problem as quickly as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Styleify is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for you to investigate.
